  • If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and retain all tags and packaging. Contact us if you don't receive a confirmation of your exchange or have any concerns. When you reach out, share your order number, name, and email, avoiding credit/debit card details.

3. Return & Exchange Process:

  • To begin a return or exchange, reach out to our Customer Care team at info@zuyis.com. We'll guide you through the process and provide the appropriate return shipping address. We will supply a prepaid return label or provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment. Provide your order number, name, and email without disclosing credit or debit card information.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

5. Return Shipping Costs:
